from the moment we checked in, the staff's friendliness stood out, making us feel welcomed. the room was not only spacious but also immaculate, which enhanced our stay. we particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and the diverse breakfast options that catered to all tastes. the ambiance and service at the restaurant were good, creating a perfect setting to relax and enjoy our meals.

Particularly good and super location, it was near to highway. The area was good.

The room we booked was beautifully decorated with a lovely design as well as bidet. The location was favourable and super, just next door to best sights and the airport and beach and easily accessible.

I gotta say, the location here is pretty sweet! You're close to all the cool spots, making it easy to explore. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight for me - perfect for unwinding after a day out. Plus, the staff, especially Tarek, were super welcoming and made me feel right at home.

But, man, my experience wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows. I had issues with rude staff who just didn’t seem to care, and my card kept deactivating, which was a real hassle! the noise from the bar was ridiculous, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Definitely left me feeling frustrated!

The cleanliness in my room left a lot to be desired. I found cigarette burn marks on the carpet in a non-smoking room, unacceptable for a place claiming to be four stars. When I asked for a cleaner room, I was told I'd have to pay extra, which just seems ridiculous. The lack of basic upkeep was disappointing.

The Beautiful Room offered a beautiful design and a comfortable setting. The fast check-in process stood out. Every corner of our room was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping was on point, replenishing free toiletries daily. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's rooftop pool, a fantastic spot for relaxation after a day of exploring. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a highlight, with excellent food options and a lovely atmosphere. The location is superb, just a short walk from the souq and the public garden, perfect for leisurely strolls. Operating the thermostat was a bit tricky, which detracted from the overall comfort . And to ask for basic items like an extra pillow felt unnecessary, considering the room's luxury status.

This was just an excellent fit for a weekend adventure in Al Wakrah with the best value for money ratio. The rooftop pool was fantastic. Make sure to check out the nearby public garden for a relaxing stroll.
